Lisensa is run by Lisensa LLC in Louisville, Kentucky. This notice covers lisensa.com and the Lisensa email list. Questions? Email alison@lisensa.com.
What I collect
- When you join the email list: your email address, your state if you add it, which page you signed up on, and any link tags in the address you came from (for example, a tag showing you clicked a link from a post).
- When you email me: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you book a call: booking happens on Calendly, which collects what its form asks for. Calendly's own privacy policy applies there.
Reading the site doesn't sign you up for anything. The email list code only loads when you press the sign-up button.
How I use it
- To send the weekly update email and the occasional note about Lisensa.
- To reply to you and run any call you book.
- To count how many people sign up and where they came from, so I know what's working.
I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising.
Who helps me
- Customer.io stores the email list and sends the emails. When you sign up, its code may save an identifier in your browser so it can connect your sign-up to your email address.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and handles basic technical information, like IP addresses, to deliver and protect it.
- Google Workspace handles email sent to alison@lisensa.com.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask me to show, correct or delete what I have about you by emailing alison@lisensa.com.
Age
Lisensa is for people 18 and older. Please don't sign up if you're under 18.
The free pilot study app
The study app for pilot students has its own short privacy notice inside the app.
